Delivery Charges

UK - £2.50 

International/Worldwide - £10.00

All orders are sent via Royal Mail. International orders will be passed on to delivery partners once they have left the UK. PO boxes are posted tracked only. 


Delivery Estimates

Please be aware there are currently longer delays with Royal Mail due to Covid-19 and they are dealing with huge amounts of post both UK and worldwide. Your orders will take longer to arrive, so please be patient.

**CHRISTMAS 2020**

Cut off dates for delivery in time for Christmas are as follows: 

United Kingdom - 1st December

Worldwide/International - 15th November

You are very welcome to order after this date but I can't guarantee you will receive your order in time for the festive period. I'd always recommend getting your Christmas orders in as soon as possible. If you have any questions, do contact me.  

United Kingdom - 1 to 3 business days. 

International/Worldwide - 5 to 7 business days (in my experience the average is usually 2-4 weeks)

The Flossy Stitch is not responsible for any postal delays out of my control, industrial or weather delays, custom delays and please consider any busier times of year such as Christmas.



Please ensure your address is correct at the time of ordering. I can not be held responsible for incorrect addresses. If a parcel is returned to me due to this and you would like your parcel sending again, you are responsible to pay postage again. If your parcel is returned to me and you do not wish to pay postage again, I will not be able to re-send it to you. 


Extra charges 

Any customs/import taxes or other charges are the responsibility of the customer. 


The Flossy Stitch cannot offer refunds/returns on items which have been tailor made to your specification. The only instance I offer returns/replacements is if your item arrives damaged. For returns on faulty/damaged items; I may require you to send the item back to me or at the very least, send a picture of the damage. Please contact me within three days of receiving your order and if I require you to return the item, please do so within fourteen days. In most instances, I may be able to re-do your damaged hoop. If in doubt, please just message me first and we can have a chat to resolve any problems.
