Delivery and Returns

Christmas 2022

Provisional last order dates for Christmas delivery are below - 

UK - December 10th

US/Europe/Worldwide - December 5th

I may take orders after this date but may not be able to guarantee delivery. If in doubt, please feel free to contact me before placing an order. (Dates may be subject to change depending on demand). 


Delivery Charges

UK (1st Class Signed For) - £2.85

IRELAND (Standard) - £5.00

International/Worldwide (Tracked and/or Signed For) - £10.50

All orders are sent via Royal Mail.

International orders will be passed on to delivery partners once they have left the UK.

PO boxes are posted tracked only. 


Delivery Estimates

United Kingdom - 1 to 3 business days. 

International/Worldwide - 5 to 7 business days (in my experience the average is usually 1-2 weeks)

The Flossy Stitch is not responsible for any postal delays out of my control, industrial or weather delays and custom delays. Please also consider any busier times of year such as Christmas and other seasonal occasions. 



Please ensure your address is correct at the time of ordering. I can not be held responsible for incorrect addresses. If a parcel is returned to me due to this and you would like your parcel sending again, you are responsible to pay postage again. If your parcel is returned to me and you do not wish to pay postage again, I will not be able to re-send it to you. In the instance your parcel does not return to me due to an incorrect address, you would have to place a new order, if you wish to. 


Extra charges 

Any customs/import taxes or other charges are the responsibility of the customer. 


The Flossy Stitch cannot offer refunds/returns on items which have been tailor made to your specification. The only instance I offer returns/replacements is if your item arrives damaged. For returns on faulty/damaged items; I may require you to send the item back to me or at the very least, send a picture of the damage. Please contact me within three days of receiving your order and if I require you to return the item, please do so within fourteen days. In most instances, I may be able to re-do your damaged hoop. If in doubt, please just message me first and we can have a chat to resolve any problems.
