Ordering and Payment

Ordering - via the Hoop Shop
Everything listing in the hoop shop is completely hand stitched to order. If you see something you like you can fill in the boxes, add to basket and checkout using PayPal or debit/credit card. Once your order comes through, you'll receive an email confirming your order.
The current processing time for orders can be found above or at the top of the website. Processing time does not include shipping time, which varies depending on where you are located.
Once you have placed an order, designing and stitching will commence. When your hoop is finished it will be wrapped securely in a parcel and posted to you. I ship worldwide from the UK.
I also welcome orders placed via Etsy, Folksy, Email & Social Media
PayPal & Credit/Debit Card
I accept payments via credit/debit card and PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal. When you receive an invoice (applies to orders placed outside of website), it will ask you to either log in to PayPal or 'Pay with card' which allows you to pay easily and securely without signing up for a PayPal account. If ordering through the website you can pay via PayPal or debit/credit card.
When ordering, please ensure your delivery address is correct and up to date.
Cancellations are not accepted if your order has been started. If you have ordered and wish to cancel, you must contact me within an hour of placing your order.
Designs may vary
When you place your order from The Flossy Stitch please note that all bespoke embroidery hoops are created from scratch and embroidered by hand. Therefore your order may vary very slightly from images/designs on screen (such as item positioning and design colours) to how you see them in person. This is what makes buying handmade so wonderful and unique; every order is original.
These are undoubtedly troubling times for everyone and I would like to reassure you all The Flossy Stitch is taking every precaution whilst continuing to remain open to online orders only. This includes maintaining excellent levels of hygiene whilst stitching your hoops and limiting the number of visits to the post office to once a week wherever possible. Please order within plenty of notice if you require a hoop as a gift for a certain date as shipping carriers are currently extra busy so you may experience delays with the arrival of your orders.
